FAQ

Question; How many sessions do I have to do?

Answer:  We advise 2 sessions per week, this can be for example two morning sessions or one morning one afternoon.

Question:  What is your policy on settling in period?

Answer:  We work together with all our families and develop a plan that suites the individual child.  The first two visits are free of charge.

Question:  Can I do extra sessions if needed?

Answer:  We do offer adhoc sessions depending on staff ratio, the more notice you can give the better to enable myself to accommodate whenever possible.

Question:  How often do you invoice?

Answer:  An invoice is sent to every parent at the end of every month.

Question:  How do I pay my Invoice?

Answer:  You can pay your invoice directly into ABC bank account.

Question:  How much notice do I have to give if my child is leaving?

Answer:  Preferably one month’s leaving notice, however, in unforeseen circumstances we can work together.

Question:  Are all your staff Qualified?

Answer:  All our staff hold a level 3 Early Years Child Care qualification.

Question:  Do you have an open door policy?

Answer:  We do have an open door policy; we work very closely with our families to achieve the highest standard of support for each child.

Question:  Do you have a facebook page?

Answer:  We do have a facbeook page that we use to show parents our activities and current topics etc

Question:  Do your prices change often?

Answer:  We increase our prices in line with inflation once a year.

Question:  Do you charge for snack?

Answer:  Once children are in funding we charge £2.00 a week for snack, this helps us provide a good variation of fresh vegetables and fruit.
