Our Staff

Our staff are childcare professionals holding a variety of recognised childcare qualifications, we elect our staff very carefully ensuring that they are dedicated childcare professionals and meet the criteria as expected, and hold valid enhanced CRB’s. We recognise the link between enthusiastic staff and high quality childcare. Therefore, when choosing staff, we look not only at qualifications and experience, but also for that extra passion and commitment to working with young children. As a result of this, our staff are well trained, motivated and passionate about providing the best environment for your child.

We offer many training opportunities for all staff to ensure they are up to date with all current practices and legislation. All staff must go through a very in-depth induction to ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times.

Ratios
Our staffing ratios are 1:3 for 18 m to 2,1:4 for all children between 2-3 years and 1:8 for all children 3 years plus.

Key Person
We operate a Key-Person system in the pre-school. A member of staff is allocated to both you and your child to ensure a consistent approach to your child’s development.
